Crustaceans
Lobsters, crayfish, shrimp, and crabs belong to the crustacean category. They are rich in protein, healthy fats, and minerals. Regular consumption can strengthen the immune system, aid in weight loss, and promote brain and heart health.
The lobster is considered the king of seafood and is highly sought after for its tasty meat and rich flavor. It contains many nutrients, including about 30% protein, 4% fat, and several B-complex vitamins and vitamin E.
Shrimp is the most widespread crustacean. It has a light pink color, no claws, and a relatively soft shell. It contains many nutrients, including 20% high-biological-value protein and 2% fat.
Crabs also contain 15–25% protein and 2% fat, and are a good source of phosphorus and potassium.
