Crustaceans
Lobsters, crayfish, shrimp, and crabs belong to the crustacean category. They are rich in protein, healthy fats, and minerals. Regular consumption can strengthen the immune system, aid in weight loss, and promote brain and heart health.
The lobster is considered the king of seafood and is highly sought after for its tasty meat and rich flavor. It contains many nutrients, about 30% protein, 4% fat, and several B-complex and vitamin E vitamins.
Shrimp is the most widespread crustacean. It has a light pink color, no claws, and a relatively soft shell. It contains many nutrients, 20% high biological value protein, and 2% fat.
Crabs also contain 15-25% protein, 2% fat, and are a good source of phosphorus and potassium.
